Yes I Did Have Some Criticisms For Code Geass Actually, Thanks For Asking

So a lot of people are probably still wondering why I “ignored a lot of the faults with Code Geass R2″ during it’s run.  Well there were two reasons actually, one is that I just plain didn’t feel that some of the common “faults” people stated they found with the show actually existed and they weren’t part of my opinion on the show to begin with, and the other is that I just wanted to wait to see if the show would find a way to address some of the faults with it that I did have in some way that would render them moot by the end. This was the case for a few of them, but not for all.  So now that the show is over it’s time to spill the beans.  It’s not a large list, but here they are:

Blast from the past ~ Origin: Spirits of the Past

Imagine a world where nature isn’t passive…a world where the trees fought back against deforestation, controlled the water supplies and actually turned humans into slaves to do their own bidding. Code Geass R2 Episode 24 (Plot….Straighten???)

Mmmmmmmmmmmm…..nothing beats a nice bowl of Kimchi flavoured soup while blogging.  Well here it is, the penultimate episode and I’ve got to say…..I can’t really think of much new to add to the discussion of the episode, and when I don’t have a new viewpoint to give, I don’t really type much.  Still, I’ve put together a list of points to run over for this episode and we’ll see how it goes.

Kaioshin’s Top 10 Anime Endings

Well I said I was going to do a top 10 ending list to complement my opening list so here it is.  First I must say that the anime ending is an entirely different beast compared to the anime opening.  To me a good opening gives you a feel of what might be in story for you when you watch the actual show, but a good ending is something that is supposed to summarize the themes of the show you just experienced.  That might sound similar, but I assure people it isn’t.  For that reason a lot of my top 10 endings will probably appear to have a different feel compared to my top 10 openings list, but I promise people I haven’t just developed an entirely new musical taste over the course of the last week.  Ready?  Okay……oh and Super Robot Wars Z is out today so if you don’t here from me again for a bit then that’s why.
