What? It is the end of the world as we speak and you want us to take a holiday?!
Oh, just how nice of them to dedicate this episode to being a set up for the final two episodes…wait…did you just say the final two? And just how much more stuff is needed to cover? Surely this relaxed way of story telling will come back and bite on their asses, and I was right!

What the heck is this doing here!
On the Contrary to what Kaio said a loooong time back, I am here to give a proper review of the series which is certainly more than what initially meets the eye, well if you like a mecha shounen genre with a good mixture of serious comedy that is. And since this is based on the finer thoughts of the final episode, expect there to be heavy spoilers about the ending.

So I knew that Jade could be very evil and cold blooded…but what happened here in this episode was a bit too much. “Oi, oi, did you really have to kill him so fast?”

GUHHHHH, heart burn D:
Now that I think about it, I suppose Anise’s actions towards Arietta in the previous episode (with all the provoking and taunting then the fight to the death) may not be as bad as they first seem in that Anise also sacrificed a lot to play the role of the villain. Whether it is true or not, the other way to look at the situation would be that Anise saved Arietta from hating anyone else other than herself since she brought all that rage to herself from the taunts. She may have aimed to get herself targetted by Arietta so that the truth (the unbearable truth for her) may never come to light and if that was the aim then Anise succeeded. Still it wasn’t something I approve of since it did cost the life of poor Arietta…

Man, what a let down this arc was. Here we has what looked like an arc that was going to be the first good one since Lira got reintroduced into the story, but they managed to cheapen it during the last few minutes such that what should have been awesome and very good instead becomes mildly retarded and merely decent. I’ll tell the story of what happened now. Continue reading ‘Tytania Episodes 16-17 (Almost Famous)’
Apologies for being late but as you know, the subs were slow this week and I didn’t have anytime outside of a busy schedule to get working with just the raw although it could have easily been done considering the content for this episode; for once there was less talk (or at least more interesting talk) and a fight that lasted for more than 30 seconds. Not surprisingly I can say that this is easily my favorite episode to date.

OOH! kamikaze!! (SnH ref)
Good news is that this episode turned out to be a lot better than the previous one although it still didn’t do much to change my current opinion on the series. What a shame D:

On that note, UK has also been hit with some pretty nice snow since as long as I can remember, wheee snow angels!
Oh snap this was awfully done…It has been a while since I last saw something as anti-climatic as this and to tell you the truth, it was plain awful >_<’

I actually put this show on indefinite hold after watching episode 14. Never mind the suddenness of Estrades’ turn to madness, and the idiocy of the Verdhana nobles. It’s Fan Hulic disappearing to yet another soul-searching expedition that did me in. Now Kaioshin Sama is real upset about episode 15, and I don’t blame him. It’s TERRIBLE, perhaps not in an absolute sense, but rather (in my case) a further irreconcilable departure to how I wanted the show to be like.
