And after a long hiatus and somewhat of a failed 7th video (which I didn’t post about because it really wasn’t that good even though the BGM used, Libra me, is easily my favorite track from the OST…shame). But with the 8th video I think all hard feelings are made up as they definitely did save the BEST for LAST ~ note the word “last” as it seems like this is the last video from this amusing little project but also one which holds most meaning for the series. Well without further ado…

Man, I am really slow with the update but here is last weeks music video plus this weeks new one. An explicit warning on the first one though and just expect it to be taken down soon by youtube for *cough* obvious reasons.
Sorry about the lateness of this but I have to say…this was yet another stroke of genius that surprisingly didn’t cross my mind as an option. Having the anti heros being the heros then showing them working together to beat the evil menace (AKA Kamina, who is still F-ing badass in everyway) was a delight. I am still amazed at their imagination for these mini sketches and can’t wait to see more.
‘Hi-yo, Silver, away!’
Here is the 3rd video for the music project…I only have 1 word for this: WTF?
Mind you, this does remind me of Kurenai ^^
It’s here!! After a long week wait the second music video is finally released! :D
Now this is awesome. I am sure that all of you Gurren Lagann fans out there know of the movie remake but I managed to stumble onto this trailer today. Thanks to Kurogane’s entry it has pretty much confirmed something I have always wanted to hear…and that is we can expect more epicness from this amazing title.
“ROW ROW! FIGHT DA POWA!”
This is going to be one hell of an anticipated movie if they keep throwing teasers out like this :D
So by now many probably know about the whole Gundam 00 and Gurren Lagann licensing by Bandai Entertainment, and if not then they do now. If you go here you can see a page with two links to “Something Awesome” and “Something Incredible”, but unfortunately nothing to “Something Awful”. Great website that last one by the way. Anyways, Something Awesome takes you to the information on Gundam 00’s license and Something Incredible takes you to Gurren Laganns. I find the later particularly amusing because this is the second time ADV has had a popular series stolen out from under them, the last being Funimations quick move to snatch up the Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid license. This one was arguably even bolder though as ADV had already announced the license, then did nothing and now it’s in the hands of Bandai Entertainment. Of course Gundam 00 was a given and it was only a matter of time before it made it to North America, but the latter one is hilarious.
